Skyline Pro sells digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, refunds are handled according to Hotmart's Buyer Protection Policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund within the period established on the product checkout page through Hotmart's platform.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Hotmart purchase page or buyer account.
Skyline Pro cannot manually process refunds outside of Hotmart.
Digital Product Access
Once a refund is approved, access to the purchased digital files may be revoked.
